It doesn’t exist. It never has existed. Disregard any argument to the contrary.
The Barack Obama “Magic Button”, the very one his worshipers
believe he has in his possession, the one that he will magically press on
January 20, 2009 and make all of our problems disappear, well they are about to learn that they were
lied to.
No. Obama didn’t come
out and say he had possession of such a button. But he damn sure inferred it. His
message of “CHANGE” damn sure inferred it. He was going to change our economy by bucking history and raising taxes
and putting in place more government controls. His magic button will allow him to do that, even though history has
shown that that higher taxes and government stand in the way of economic
growth.
He is going to “CHANGE” the war in Iraq, by
pulling our troops out before the job is done. The magic button he possesses will mean that the bad guys will not move
back into Iraq
and will not have an operations base to deploy from, and of course, it means we
will never be attacked again.
He is going to “CHANGE” America by taking us down the road
of socialism, much to the glee of his Socialists buddies….and to the dismay of
the very independents who voted him into the oval office. Somehow, he has to use his magic button to
appease both.
To most rational people (basically, the conservatives), we
know there is no magic button. We know
that Obama has sold the America
people ocean front property in the middle of a desert. But then, we are the ones who reign supreme
when it comes to truth and common sense.
If I could have a wish granted to me, I would love to see
the looks on his worshipers faces when our economy tanks….when our deficit balloons…when
our unemployment hits double digits. They have their messiah in the oval office
now. Wonder how long before they have to
start defending him?
I am predicting that it will take about 6 months for the
most astute independent voter to realize the error of their ways. A year tops, and all the independents will be
screaming at the top of their lungs for forgiveness.
But the socialists on the left will be still defending
him. They will probably use the excuse that
things were so bad after the swearing in, that Obama will need time to correct
things.
He shouldn’t need time! He has the magic button!
